Gratly provides tools to manage tip pooling, shift payouts, approvals, reporting, and related hospitality operations, including integrations with payment processing providers such as Stripe.
You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Gratly does not provide legal, payroll, tax, or financial advice.
If the Services are subject to fees, pricing and billing terms will be described in an order form, subscription page, or other written agreement. You authorize us or our payment processors to charge applicable fees.
Payouts and transfers may be processed through Stripe or other third-party processors. Your use of payment features is subject to those providers' terms. We do not store full bank account details; payment processors handle sensitive financial data.

Gratly and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, content, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription.
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the Services, and to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve payment obligations incurred before termination.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Gratly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gratly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Gratly's total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Gratly in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Gratly harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
